# Sustainable energy for all (SEFORALL ) is an International Organisation working with leaders in government , The private sector and civil Society to drive further , Faster action , Toward achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 7 , which calls for Univi access to Sustainable energy by 2030 , and the Paris Climate agreement which calls for reduy greenhouse gas emissions to limit , climate Warmings to below degrees Celsius.

# Former UN Secretary-general Ban Ki-moon Launched SEFORALL- in September 2011 as global initiative that would mobilize action by these diverse action in support of SD G7's three core objectives.

1) Ensuring universal access to modern energy services.

2) Doubling the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix.

3)  Doubling the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency.

# With a mondate that sent a clear signal about the central role of energy in ending poverty and halting precipitous changes in our global climate , SEFORALL embarked on uncharted territory and rapidly generated momentum.

 # SEFORALL's global team is based Vienna , Australia and Washington DC.

# It is combined partnership of World Bank and UN.

# Global tracking Framework Report.

# It is a Multi-Tire Framework (MTF) for measuy energy access commissioned by SEFORALL.

# Responsibility for Development of the Global Tracking Framework as assigned to a Steering Group , Which is co-Chaired by the World Bank's Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) and the International energy Agency (IEA) . It's members are: 

# Global Alliance for clean Cookstoves ("The Alliance") .

# International Institute for Applied System Analysis (IIASIA).

# International partnership for Energy Efficiency cooperation (IPEEC). 

# International Renewable energy Agency (IRENA).

# Renewable energy Network for the 21St century (REN-21) .

# UN Energy.

# UN Foundation.

# United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

# United Nation Environment Programme (UNEP) .

# United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) .

# Would Energy Council (WEC).

# Practical Action.

# The objective set for the Global Tracking Framework were three.

1) To build consensus among all relevant Institution about the best methodology for tracking progress towards the three SEFORALL objectives through 2030 .

2) To apply that Methodology , with the Year 2010 as the starting point for the three objectives.

3) To provide a road man for the gradual improvement for the Global Tracking Framework Through 2030.
